PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, with an estimated processing time of up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping within The Netherlands. Delivery times typically range between 2 to 4 business days after you receive the tracking code. Shipping costs for orders within The Netherlands are EUR 5,99.
International Shipping
We offer standard shipping for international orders. Delivery times depend on the chosen destination. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location. All prices are exclusive of additional import, customs, and sales taxes. These charges may be applied in accordance with your country's specific requirements and are the buyer's responsibility.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, additional customs fees or duties may be charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and weARCHIVE is not liable for any delays or fees imposed by customs.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take great care to ensure that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, weARCHIVE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
RETURNS
At weARCHIVE, we strive to ensure you love your jewelry. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns only with tag, unworn and undamaged within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@we-archive.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will email you a return shipping label to make the process easier. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
