These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from weARCHIVE and all interactions on our website. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice, so we recommend checking this page regularly.

PRODUCTS

All our jewelry is handmade from upcycled materials, and as such, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur.
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately represent the product’s colors.
Some pieces may contain vintage or repurposed materials. This means that they may have minor imperfections or signs of previous use, which contribute to their unique character.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices on our website are in € and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via iDeal, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

ORDER

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product according to these terms and conditions.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Custom orders: Any orders for custom or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once the production process has started. Custom pieces are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, with an estimated processing time of up to 7 business days.
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
Additional customs duties or taxes may be required for international orders, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@we-archive.com with your order number and reason for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges are possible within the same 14-day period, subject to availability.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

We guarantee that all our products are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
Some pieces may contain vintage or repurposed materials. This means that they may have minor imperfections or signs of previous use, which contribute to their unique character.
Despite our strict quality control, if any vintage or repurposed materials should discolor over time, you may return the piece to us. We will replace the affected part with a similar alternative free of charge, in consultation with you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including product designs, logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of weARCHIVE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

weARCHIVE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss, injury, or delay.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW
